Procurement Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Haven, a leading leisure and hospitality company. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sourcing, category management, and procurement activities within the food and beverage category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies to secure the best-value offerings available in the market for Haven
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage teams to support their plans and strategies to deliver supplier and category strategies
- Nurture and enhance commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with our retail plans, strategies, and guest propositions
- Develop and manage a safe and efficient food and beverage supply chain
- Play a key role in the Procurement Team supporting and contributing to procurement strategy across Haven
Requirements:
- Experience in Food and Beverage procurement (ideally in Leisure/Hospitality setting) and Sourcing
- Proven history of developing and executing sourcing and procurement engagements that return substantial value
- Strong Stakeholder management experience
- Experience of effective supplier management techniques
