We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with a learner in pupils progress, providing support and guidance to help them manage challenging behaviour.

Job Requirements:

The Behaviour Mentor will need to have extensive experience working with children and being involved in challenging behaviour management. A strong understanding of child development and learning theories would be beneficial, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement behaviour plans, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective learning outcomes. They will also need to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
