We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the southwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives and fostering lucrative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales strategies with overall hotel objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
