New Business Development Manager

Position Overview:
The New Business Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing long and short-term rentals of our municipal and warehouse cleaning product range, maximizing returns, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the municipal sector, securing appointments and tenders.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales records, tracking follow-up visits and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with city, county, and borough councils to optimize sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain high levels of municipal and warehouse cleaning equipment utilization in the area.
- Engage with recognized suppliers, manufacturers, and service agents to encourage rentals and joint business opportunities.
- Meet specific sales targets within set timeframes, contributing to overall sales achievement.
- Stay informed about trade and field situations, adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a construction or plant background.
- Proven ability to work independently, researching information on potential customers and identifying sales opportunities.
