Business Development Manager

Montgomery Freight Management is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing customer base and identify new sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors
  • Present business opportunities and sales strategies to senior management
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
