Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our in-house sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling financial services into the public sector, working with a range of stakeholders from executive level to middle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell financial services into the public sector
  • Work with stakeholders from executive level to middle management
  • Focus on new business, with additional responsibility for contract renewals and up-selling
  • Be supported by extensive lead generation, including marketing campaigns, exhibition attendance, and a dedicated telesales team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Quarterly bonuses
  • Commission (OTE - £10,000 - £20,000 per annum)
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years sales experience (new business sales and account management)
  • Expert knowledge of Sales Processes
  • Experience within healthcare / NHS / public sector would be desirable
  • Clearly able to demonstrate the ability to develop relationships
  • Ambitious, determined, and able to work remotely
  • Track record of exceeding targets, with a mentality of planning own sales activity, delivering to timescales and exceptional client service with a motivation to succeed in a competitive marketplace
