Administrative Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part-time Administrator to join our team at Stafford Mental Health Supported Living Service. The service provides high-quality supported housing to guests with a history of homelessness, mental ill-health, and substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of housing management and health and safety tasks relating to the sustainment of the guests' licenses within the service.
- Have excellent organisation skills and be able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Work within a positive framework to support the service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to manage a varied workload.
- Compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support a service with regard to administrative work.
