Salary: £29,000 gross per annum

Job Summary: We seek an experienced Nautical Activity Programme Lead to join our team at the Port Edgar Boat Station. The successful candidate will develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of activities across various water sports disciplines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a programme of activities that promote positive, life-changing experiences on the water.
  • Manage a team of volunteers and instructors to deliver the programme.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in water sports disciplines such as sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, and rowing.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in facilities management.
