Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our established team at Integral UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mechanical maintenance and repair services to our static sites.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing mechanical maintenance and repair services to our static sites, including booster pumps, building services, and BMS monitoring systems.
- Working collaboratively with the Technical Services Manager to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including statutory inspections and tests.
- Working on multiple sites as required, and being prepared to work outside of normal working hours on an on-call basis.
- Undertaking training and development as required to ensure that the highest standards of mechanical maintenance and repair are maintained.
Experience and Qualifications
- C&G in plumbing/mechanical engineering.
- Strong fault-finding skills and experience of working with mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good electrical and controls knowledge, with experience of working with BMS systems.
- IT literate and able to use computer-based systems for maintenance and repair work.
- Driving licence and SC Clearance desirable.
