Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our established team on one of our static sites. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded engineer with a strong mechanical bias, as well as experience with building controls and fabric work.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including booster pumps and building services systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of the site.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- C&G in plumbing/mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience of working in a client-facing role and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good electrical and controls knowledge, as well as IT literacy.
- Driving license and SC Clearance (desirable).
