Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our established team on one of our static sites. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded engineer with a strong mechanical bias, as well as experience with building controls and fabric work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing mechanical engineering support to our static sites, including maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Working closely with the Technical Services Manager to ensure that all mechanical systems are running efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including computer-based and hard copy systems.
- Working on multiple sites as required, and being prepared to undertake training as necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service and being able to work on their own initiative on an on-call system.
Experience and Qualifications
- C&G in plumbing/mechanical engineering.
- Strong fault-finding skills and experience of being client-facing.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good electrical/controls knowledge and IT literacy.
- Driving licence and SC Clearance desirable.
