Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment on our static sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including booster pumps, building services, and BMS monitoring systems.
- Conduct thorough fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Services Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to on-call requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- C&G in plumbing/mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience of working in a client-facing role and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good electrical and controls knowledge.
- IT literate and proficient in using computer-based systems.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
- SC Clearance desirable.
