Business Development Executive

LMAX Group is a global financial technology company that specializes in institutional execution venues for FX and cryptocurrency trading. The company operates multiple platforms, including LMAX Exchange, LMAX Global, and LMAX Digital, which cater to institutional clients.
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for the FX HedgePool unit of LMAX Group. This will involve identifying, qualifying, and actively prospecting new clients, as well as managing a sales pipeline to achieve assigned growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on FX technology solutions. They will be responsible for promoting and delivering growth within the FX HedgePool unit, and will work closely with the Director of FXHP to achieve ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and delivering growth within the FX HedgePool unit of LMAX.
- Developing new business through identification, qualification, and active prospecting of clients.
- Effective management of sales pipeline to achieve assigned growth targets.
- Maximizing volume growth and revenue from a portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating new business leads and maintaining core relationships within the FX industry. They will also be able to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across an organization, and will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
