Key Responsibilities

As a Deal Maker Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Originating and executing deals that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Managing relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the executive search industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong network of contacts in the industry
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
