Job Title: Healthcare Deal Maker
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Deal Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant M&A transactional experience and be able to work closely with clients to advise on acquisitions, divestments, buy-outs, and capital raisings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across the Healthcare and Life Science sectors on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Manage day-to-day transactions including preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Relevant Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A transactional experience.
- Ability to develop, coach, and motivate junior team members.
- Self-confidence and enthusiasm for business development activities.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
