About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Entertainment Director to join our team at M&C Saatchi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our entertainment business, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating clear and concise thinking that delivers on the promise of Brutal Simplicity of Thought.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including cultivating new business opportunities and developing existing client relationships.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic counsel to executive-level clients, based on your understanding of their business, its challenges, competitors, and the marketplace.
  • Develop and execute creative ideas that will deliver fame for our clients and the agency, constantly exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of the global entertainment media, social media, and digital landscapes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in developing cultural strategies that take brands into the passions space, including but not limited to, music.
