Global Entertainment Marketing Executive

About the Role
UTA's Entertainment & Culture Marketing department seeks a seasoned Executive to expand its client roster. This role requires a strong network of key decision-makers within brands and the ability to bring the US model to Europe while ensuring cultural sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the E&CM team, US, and global colleagues to drive business growth.
- Build visibility for UTA's E&CM offering through outreach initiatives, dinners, events, conferences, and personal relationships.
- Identify opportunities in the entertainment landscape for existing and new clients.
- Create innovative outreach ideas to bring the company's vision to life.
- Work across departments to develop and expand ideas for brands.
- Implement tools to demonstrate the value and return on investment of UTA's work for clients.
- Track new business and update the global team regularly.
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed to protect clients correctly.
Requirements
- Senior New Business experience in the publishing or entertainment industry.
- Experience working with brands in content, partnerships, or entertainment spaces.
- Client-focused mindset and a real passion for entertainment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Strong connections across the industry, ideally within brands.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense client service environment.
- Proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Slack, Concur, Workday).
- Experience building substantial business cases for brands and working through full project lifecycles.
- Ambition to grow culture marketing as a discipline at UTA.
