Global Marketing Performance is seeking a Strategic Director of Global Entertainment Performance to spearhead the measurement and analysis of marketing activations and experiments across all channels. The ideal candidate will lead the Social and Entertainment Content Analytics team and develop a roadmap to optimise the efficiency of social media and entertainment content.

We're pleased to offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the London office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will partner with Data Science team and external partners to apply advanced analytics to uncover performance insights.

The role involves:

  1. Leading the Social and Entertainment Content Analytics team within Global Marketing Performance.
  2. Developing and implementing scalable ways to measure and analyse marketing activations and experiments.
  3. Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to develop a roadmap to optimise the efficiency of social media and entertainment content.
  4. Partnering with Data Science team and external partners to apply advanced analytics to uncover performance insights.
  5. Ensuring performance effectiveness outputs and insights are fully implemented across the entire organisation.
