About the Role

Endeavor is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director, Sports and Entertainment to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth across our global events and media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Endeavor's vision and business priorities.
  • Brand Engagement: Create and execute brand engagement initiatives that drive employee and client/partner engagement with our brand and value proposition.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, leveraging digital media, events, partnerships, and other channels to drive desired outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, inspire, and manage a large team to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Successfully manage the marketing budget to deliver campaigns to budget and drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Director with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, as well as expertise in digital marketing, brand engagement, and team leadership.
