HR Administrator

Fidarsi is partnering with a Wealth Manager to recruit an HR Administrator on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will support the HR and T&C team by taking responsibility of administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and the company website.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Bamboo HR).
- Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date, including personal details, job roles, salary information, and performance reviews.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions:
Office-based, with occasional remote work opportunities.
