Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff members and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 100+ staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
