Senior HR Generalist Opportunity
CBRE seeks a skilled HR professional to fill a 15-month fixed-term role in Manchester, supporting the HR Business Partner and Regional Markets business.
Responsibilities
- Offer strategic HR advice and guidance to employees and managers, enhancing organizational performance.
- Partner with line managers and employees to administer policies and procedures, processing leaver information and conducting exit interviews.
- Provide expertise on employee relations caseload, offering commercial guidance to employees and managers.
- Coordinate maternity/paternity leave administration, including risk assessments and flexible working requests.
- Analyze data to drive business insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Ensure accurate records in myHR (Peoplesoft), performing data validation for Service Lines.
- Work closely with the Business Partner on annual People processes, such as promotions and appraisals.
- Contribute to policy development and maintenance within the People Department, participating in wider UK business initiatives.
- Provide HR support to CBRE projects and initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Generalist HR / People Advisor experience.
- Advanced knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, and experience with HR systems.
Salary Range: This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be approximately £42,500 - £53,875 per annum, based on experience.
