We are seeking an experienced Motor Factors Account Director to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

What We Offer:

  • A salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • A car allowance of £6,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales
