Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Coventry, Midlands.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, generating new business through cold calling, client visits, and scheduled meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them proactively.
  • Travel regularly across the UK and Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a £6,000 car allowance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the motor factors industry.
