Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively skilled individual to join our Conveyancing team in Milton Keynes. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to fee earners, drafting documents, and undertaking basic legal processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in conveyancing law and practice, working closely with experienced lawyers and paralegals. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Support fee earners in managing files, preparing documents, and conducting research.
  2. Draft and finalize documents, including contracts and deeds.
  3. Assist in the preparation of bills and invoices.
  4. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a pension scheme, life insurance, and disability insurance.
