Job Title: Senior Administration Professional

Location: Northampton (NN1)

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our Conveyancing team as a Senior Administration Professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners and ensuring the smooth completion of post-completion procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting fee earners in the Conveyancing team with administrative tasks
  2. Ensuring compliance with mortgage lender post-completion requirements
  3. Notifying clients and lenders of completion of registration and sending relevant documents
  4. Filing, storing, and retrieving client papers and files in accordance with firm policies

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in administration, preferably in a legal office
  2. Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
  3. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite applications

Salary: £25,000 per annum
