About the Role:

Scott Dunn Consulting is looking for a skilled Spatial Development Director to lead our planning team. The successful candidate will have a Town Planning degree and extensive experience in business development, with a proven track record of delivering projects that meet client expectations.

The role involves developing business strategies, leading a team of planners, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Town Planning degree
  • More than 10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience in business development

Salary and Benefits:

  • £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience
