Job Title: Senior Spatial Experience Designer

Location: Shoreditch office based with flexible working where appropriate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Spatial Experience Designer to join our team at Broadwick Agency. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative design solutions for a range of projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional and immersive brand experiences through spatial and experiential design. You will have the opportunity to lead on creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6+ years of experience working in a similar position, with a strong understanding of brand experiences, consumer journeys, and design principles. You should be proficient in Sketchup and Creative Suite, as well as having experience with rendering software such as V Ray.

You will be a collaborative team player who is confident in communicating ideas and inspiring others. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will enable you to manage junior creatives and freelancers effectively. About the Role:

  • Develop ground-breaking design concepts across various briefs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Communicate ideas through mood imagery and description
  • Brief and oversee activation and delivery of projects
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the design process
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and contribute to new business development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions
  • Strong understanding of brand experiences, consumer journeys, and design principles
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Creative Suite
  • Experience with rendering software such as V Ray
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage junior creatives and freelancers effectively
