We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join our team and provide support to vulnerable children with SEMH needs.
As a teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of pupils, promoting their emotional and academic development.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective EHCPs, ensuring consistent progress and achievement.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, utilizing your expertise to overcome barriers to learning.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
