Inclusive Learning Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Inclusive Learning Support Professional to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time role that comes with a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
About the Role:You will play a crucial role in creating a successful learning environment for pupils with SEN, developing and implementing specialist interventions and strategies to support their needs. You will also work closely with colleagues to lead the development of a bespoke provision for pupils with SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor key data for pupils in the provision and promote positive communication with parents.
- Direct the work of the Teaching Assistant and liaise with the SENCO, Trust Lead SRP Teachers, and Trust Director of SEN to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Provide formal and informal training, development, and support to school staff to enhance their understanding and strategies for supporting SEN pupils.
