Role Overview
Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced teaching assistant to join our team at our SEN school in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology or a related field and experience working with children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, communication difficulties, ADHD, and complex learning needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized learning plans
• Implement positive behavior management techniques and provide therapeutic support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality support to vulnerable children

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £83-95 per day, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including training opportunities, career development, and a supportive work environment.
