Elevate Your Career as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Diversity and Inclusion Manager. As a member of our group HR team, you will be responsible for driving forward our EDI strategy and promoting a culture of inclusivity across the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of managing change and implementing projects, campaigns, and initiatives to address under-representation of staff with protected characteristics. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

  • You will be responsible for advising on and implementing Diversity and Inclusion solutions to improve all aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • You will manage and report on data, provide informed recommendations, and facilitate staff equality networks.
