Role Overview

We are seeking a Transformation Leadership Strategist to join our team at Oxfordshire County Council.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is focused on developing effective leadership across our organisation, driving corporate ambitions and sustainable behavioural change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement interventions that achieve leadership growth and positive outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Investigate, design and implement strategic interventions to drive organisational transformation
  • Research and propose a senior leader succession planning approach, ensuring seamless continuity
  • Assess programme outcomes, adjust strategies as needed and provide impactful recommendations
Your Qualifications
  • Degree level education in a related field or equivalent experience with ongoing professional development
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders, including Members and leaders, with the ability to challenge, influence and drive cultural change
  • Leadership strategy design and delivery expertise for complex organisations
  • Significant coaching experience at executive level and multifaceted programme management skills
