Job Opportunity:
National Account Manager
MacGregor Black is seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join their team in South East England. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing the UK market and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including at least one of the Top 4 grocery accounts, to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
- Develop and implement annual account plans, aligned with the company's business strategy, to achieve sales growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective account management.
- Monitor and analyze customer sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage new product launches, including promotion planning, to drive sales and market share.
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and store visits as required to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in the Consumer branded goods sector, with a proven track record in account management.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office, with excellent presentation and IT skills.
- Good level of verbal and written communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
