About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pensions Administration professional to join our UK Transformation Team as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects to drive and deliver change across Pensions Administration, with a focus on process improvements, strategic projects, and key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review current practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with key stakeholders to define objectives and scope
  • Carry out initial investigations, including reviewing data to identify possible solutions
  • Regularly interact with colleagues to ensure the right outcomes
  • Liaise with senior managers to raise challenges and secure agreement to resolving issues
  • Support Project Managers in aspects of coordination and governance
  • Prepare background information and slide material for key meetings
  • Present to project boards
  • Roll out project changes to other teams
  • Coach and mentor others within the team, and more widely

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon
  • Ability to positively influence and work well with others
  • Strong time-management skills, able to prioritize and manage your work
  • Ability to identify risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate these
