About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at LGBT Great. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and checking data and queries, planning and prioritizing project activities, and reviewing project trackers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and check data and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver assigned project activities for each client, including client project reporting.
  • Review project trackers and ensure all daily, monthly, and annual processes are completed.
  • Investigate background to cases by referencing archived files and system data.
  • Highlight risks and errors to relevant parties as soon as possible, following risk management processes.
  • Communicate with relevant parties using appropriate means and language, including attending internal meetings/calls where required.
  • Build strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, and third-party providers.
  • Achieve team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
  • Maintain required technical knowledge and behavioral standards, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Provide project support to the member events teams (inclusive of revenue & non-revenue generating work).
  • Be responsible for personal compliance with Aon's project management and approval procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of pensions data analysis and pensions admin systems, and/or pensions benefit administration.
  • Strong time-management skills, able to prioritize and manage several projects.
  • Ability to identify project risks/issues and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate.
  • Experience in working with MS Excel would be an advantage.
