Your Key Responsibilities

  • To work with rough sleepers, building trust and rapport to provide emotional support and guidance.
  • To identify and address the root causes of homelessness, working with clients to develop personalized plans to help them gain stability and independence.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
