Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Inclusion Coordinator to join our team in London. This exciting role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of marginalized individuals, helping them overcome homelessness and achieve their goals.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a fixed-term position until March 31, 2025, with possible extension, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,665.

About the Role

  • To coordinate and deliver programs and initiatives that promote social inclusion and address the root causes of homelessness.
  • To work closely with local services, organizations, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless referrals and support.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and values.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of the complexities surrounding homelessness and a commitment to providing empathetic support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Proven experience in community outreach, case management, or a related field, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations.
