About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Health and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients with cardiac conditions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing education and support to patients and their families, and contributing to the development of our services.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cardiology and rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of current best practices and national policies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: £52,490 - £62,322 per annum (inclusive of honorary contract payment)

Location: Based in Hounslow and Richmond, with regular travel to different locations across the boroughs.
