Role Overview

The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) is seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to join our dynamic Global Health team in Twickenham. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Global Health Research, this pivotal role will provide linkage across NIHR, representing GHR RIGHT funding scheme at internal and external forums.

This senior position involves delivering high-quality research management that supports programmes ambitions for applied health research in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), leading to transformational change.

We are a major funder of applied health research in low- and middle-income countries, building on NIHR's operating principles of impact, excellence, effectiveness, inclusion, and collaboration.

You will be working closely with global health research community, commissioning and investing in applied health research and training that responds to diverse needs of LMIC communities.
