We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to become a permanent member of the team at Achieving for Children. AfC offers a hybrid working environment with a main office based in Kingston where you will support children and young people aged 0 to 18. You will be based in the office or out in the community three days a week. AFC prioritises creating a positive, supportive environment where you will have access to a wide range of resources, as well as a competitive salary and technology to enable hybrid working.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a relevant Social Work qualification
  • completion of an ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
  • active registration with Social Work England
