We are seeking an experienced paediatric nurse to join our community healthcare team, providing exceptional care to children and young people with complex needs. As a paediatric nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with acute and long-term conditions, including oncology, complex disabilities, and palliative care. You will work closely with children, young people, and their families, providing education and support on health-related topics and maintaining accurate records and reports.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to work effectively with children, young people, and their families. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing their workload efficiently. A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and child development theories is essential for this role.

Key qualifications:

  • RSCN/RNC qualification
  • 1 year's nursing experience
  • IV certificate
