About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in London. As an Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in helping rough sleepers transition from homelessness to independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and engage with rough sleepers in shift patterns, including those unwilling to initially participate
  • Manage a caseload, offering consistent and ongoing support
  • Assist rough sleepers in accessing appropriate services, including accommodation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Valid driving license
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Benefits:
