We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Nelson Bridges. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing diaries and schedules, and maintaining accurate file management systems.
Role RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will also provide transcription services, liaise with clients and other stakeholders, and manage workflow to ensure smooth transaction processes.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive working environment that values employee well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities- Administrative support for conveyancing, sales, and purchases
