Administrator - IFA Operations Role

About the Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. You will also handle administrative tasks with ease, freeing up time for more strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial plans and investment recommendations under the guidance of financial planning advisors.
- Processing account applications, transfers, and other paperwork efficiently.
- Handling administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year experience working within a Financial Planning practice. Ideally, you will have experience within Pensions or Investment Management administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
