Job Title: Sales Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Nixon Caunce Associates. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to combine business administration and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer-facing experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will provide real-time quotations to customers, process sales orders, ensure daily sales volume is hedged and documented, and maintain regular communication with customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales volumes against weekly and monthly forecasts, proactively contacting new and existing customers to grow sales volume, and managing customer credit limits.
