About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our Rewards team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our reward drivers and principles are in place to support the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis and modelling of data on reward-related topics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate job sizing using the Willis Towers Watson Methodology, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain the Reward and Job Family Framework, supporting organisational design and business objectives.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in reward analysis, data modelling, and stakeholder management. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Ability to model, manipulate, and analyse numerical and statistical data.
  • Demonstrable experience of Excel, PowerPoint, including the ability to build formulas, use V-Lookups, and Pivot tables.
  • Proven experience within a rewards role, with an understanding of WTW methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
