About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our Rewards team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our reward drivers and principles are in place to support the team's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed and complex analysis and modelling of data on reward-related topics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate job sizing using the Willis Towers Watson Methodology, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  • Maintain the Reward and Job Family Framework, supporting the business with organizational design and development.
