UK Reward Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our Rewards team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our reward drivers and principles are in place to support the team's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed and complex analysis and modelling of data on reward-related topics.
- Evaluate job sizing using the Willis Towers Watson Methodology.
- Maintain the Reward and Job Family Framework to support the business with organisational design.

Requirements- Ability to model, manipulate, and analyse numerical and statistical data.
- Demonstrable experience of Excel, PowerPoint, including the ability to build formulas, use V-Lookups, and Pivot tables.
- Proven experience within a rewards role, with an understanding of WTW methodology.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
