Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Consultant to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective reward processes and policies that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reward-related projects, including pay progression schemes, working pattern reviews, and secondment management.
  • Manage annual pay reviews, out-of-cycle pay increases, and annual incentives, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed and deliver reward processes, including HR, business leaders, and union partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to reward.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR colleagues and managers to enhance their reward knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and high numeracy, with experience in running annual pay review processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to deliver processes on time.
  • SAP HR knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Competitive salary range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual leave: 26 days, increasing to 30 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Contributory pension, personal medical assessments, and wider benefits scheme.
